Custom Catios &
Predator Safe Enclosures
Give your cats the fresh air, sunshine, and outdoor stimulation they love — without exposing them to predators, traffic, escape risks, or unsafe outdoor conditions.
Nor Cal Repairs & Exclusions designs and builds custom catios, luxury catios, cat patios, and outdoor cat enclosures for homeowners in Santa Cruz County, the South Bay, the Peninsula, and surrounding areas.
Each catio is built around your home, your outdoor space, and your cats’ needs. Whether you want a simple window catio, a protected patio enclosure, a custom wood-and-wire structure, or a larger luxury catio with climbing, lounging, and shaded areas, Steven can help create a safe and practical outdoor space for your cats.
